The Labor Partner Class.
Birth Education for Bold Parents
The Labor Partner Class is a hands-on, interactive workshop created for growing families who want more than just the basics. This class is designed to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to step into birth feeling supported, informed, and ready, whatever your birth plan may be. Whether you're preparing for an unmedicated birth, planning an epidural, or scheduling a C-section, this class meets you where you are.
Led by an experienced doula and student midwife (who’s also just a real mom who gets it), this class focuses on real-life, practical support. You’ll learn how to bring physical and emotional comfort during labor, how to advocate for your birth preferences, and how your support team can show up for you with confidence and calm. We go beyond the “what” and dive into the “why”, why certain positions work, how your body, baby, and mind work together during labor, and how to adjust when things don’t go according to plan.
This is not about learning how to be a good patient. It’s about learning how to lead your birth experience. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your options, your rights, and the power you already carry within you. Because this is your birth, your body, your voice, and your choice and, you deserve to feel seen, supported, and strong every step of the way.
Get ready to ditch the fear, learn the facts, and take charge of your birth story.
