Daytime Postpartum Service

Investment: $100/3 hr Session

Our Daytime Postpartum Doula Service is like having a personal assistant, baby whisperer, and self-care coach all rolled into one! Whether you're struggling with latch, swaddling like a pro, or just need a breather (seriously, you deserve it), I’m here to make those early weeks smoother. And yes, light housekeeping is included—because you’ve got enough on your plate without a pile of laundry staring you down.

Need a few extra hours to finally shower without a baby in the bathroom with you? Or want to surprise a friend with a much-needed break? This is your go-to a la carte service—because let's face it, we could all use a little more help and a lot less judgment!

Services Included:

  • Newborn Care Support

  • Assisting with diapering, bathing, and soothing your baby.

  • Teaching infant care techniques, including proper swaddling, sleep routines, and safe sleep practices.

  • Breastfeeding Support

  • Offering guidance on latch, positioning, and troubleshooting.

  • Supporting pumping, bottle-feeding, and lactation advice.

  • Postpartum Recovery Assistance

  • Providing comfort measures for the new mother, including light household tasks to allow for rest.

  • Helping with perineal care, managing the early days of postpartum healing, and emotional support.

  • Emotional and Physical Support

  • Offering a non-judgmental, listening ear to the new parents as they adjust to their new role.

  • Providing relaxation techniques, stress reduction, and helping to create a calm environment.

  • Sibling and Household Support

  • Supporting older siblings with their transition and helping with childcare or light tasks.

  • Light housekeeping and meal prep to give parents more time to bond with their baby.

    Minimum Session: 3 hours (for consistency and quality care).

Birth Debrief & Reflection Session

Investment: $50/ 2 hr Session

Hey Mama, whether your last birth experience was smooth sailing, a bit of a rollercoaster, or something that still feels heavy on your heart, this Birth Debrief & Trauma Reflection Session is for you. It's a safe space to chat through your previous birth and postpartum journey—whether I was there with you or not. No judgment, no rush—just a mama who gets it, here to listen and help you process whatever you’re feeling.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • Reflecting on Your Birth: Let’s talk about what went well, what didn’t, and everything in between. Whether it was a birth you’re proud of or one that left you with questions, we’ll dive in and make sense of it, at your pace.

  • Processing All the Feels: Birth can bring up all the things. No matter if you’re feeling joy, anger, sadness, or even confusion, it’s normal to have mixed emotions. We’ll go through what you’re feeling, and I’ll help you untangle it in a way that feels right for you.

  • Addressing Birth Trauma: If your birth didn’t go as planned or was traumatic in any way, this is a space for you to process that. Whether it was emotional, physical, or mental trauma, I’m here to help you work through it, heal, and make sure you’re feeling supported as you move forward.

  • Healing for the Future: We’ll take what we’ve discussed and focus on healing—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Together, we’ll explore tools and practices to help you feel empowered and ready for whatever comes next, whether that’s another pregnancy or just healing in the postpartum stage.

  • Support for Your Postpartum Journey: If you're still in the thick of postpartum, this session can also help you work through those early days. Newborn life is a lot, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed or even lost sometimes. We’ll talk through what you’re facing and create a plan to help you feel more grounded and supported.

This session is here for anyone who’s looking to reflect on their birth experience, especially if there’s unresolved trauma or emotions that still linger. It’s perfect for first-time moms or anyone getting ready for another round. No matter where you're at in your journey, I’m here to help you heal, process, and feel more at peace with it all.

Nesting Services

Investment: $100/5 hr Session

Our Nesting Service is here to save you from yourself when the nesting instinct hits and suddenly you feel like the entire house needs to be reorganized—right now. We all know the drill: you try to move the crib by yourself because your partner didn’t do it the absolute second you asked (they aren’t the bad guy, we’re just really, really impatient).

Let me step in as your nesting assistant, tackling that growing pile of baby gear, sorting through a mountain of teeny socks, and setting up your nursery while you kick back and relax. Together, we’ll make sure everything is perfectly organized, functional, and baby-ready without you breaking a sweat—or your back!

    • Organizing the baby’s room, assembling furniture, and arranging the space for easy access to essentials.

    • Creating a functional and soothing environment with baby gear, toys, clothes, and decor.

  • Registry Set-up

    • Help build a registry of items that will actually be helpful.

  • Baby Essentials Organization

    • Organizing baby clothes, diapers, feeding supplies, and other baby gear.

    • Creating a practical system for daily baby care (e.g., diaper stations, feeding stations).

  • Home Prep

    • Preparing the home for the baby’s arrival by organizing household spaces, baby-proofing, and setting up a family schedule.

    • Assembling baby-proofing equipment and recommending home safety tips.

  • Postpartum Prep

    • Organizing postpartum essentials like healing supplies, nursing stations, and meal prep options.

    • Tips for creating a calm, restful space for the new mother to recover and bond with her baby.
